Abdul is a seasoned investment professional with experience across renewable/traditional energy, infrastructure, chemicals, and agriculture sectors. Abdul has been instrumental in deploying over $1.3 billion in capital across private equity, venture capital, and corporate acquisitions. 

Abdul earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. Starting a career in investment banking at TD Securities, Abdul successfully advised on equity and debt capital markets as well as M&A transactions. This experience provided deep expertise in financial modeling, structuring deals, and creating strategic transaction materials. With over a decade of combined experience in investment banking and private investing, Abdul excels at identifying valuable opportunities, handling complex transactions, and optimizing portfolio outcomes for sustained growth. 

Committed to supporting early-stage companies across clean tech, infrastructure, agriculture, and other innovation-driven sectors, Abdul works closely with entrepreneurs to structure capital effectively and build sustainable business models. Drawing on extensive investing and leadership experience, along with an MBA from Cornell University, Abdul continues to deepen his expertise in private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and sustainable energy.
