His leadership experience includes building and scaling high-performance technology teams, developing and implementing cutting-edge SaaS solutions, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks for global businesses.

Haroon’s entrepreneurial background includes launching and advising technology startups, helping founders refine their product-market fit, scaling strategies, and go-to-market execution. His hands-on leadership approach allows him to drive product innovation, engineering excellence, and strategic growth in fast-paced startup environments.

Jacky is a finance professional with deep expertise in structured finance, credit analysis, and risk management, with a proven track record in portfolio management, deal structuring, and underwriting innovation across global financial institutions. He specializes in optimizing capital allocation, mitigating risk exposure, and driving financial efficiency.

With a B.A. in Economics from SUNY Buffalo, Jacky possesses a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, macroeconomic trends, and financial modeling.  With 11 years of Financial Service experience, Jacky managed $4 billion in credit exposure, implementing risk-optimized investment strategies and navigating complex financial structures. He structured $1 billion in debt financings for fintech and insurance firms, playing a key role in capital structuring, risk assessment, and growth financing.

Jacky is particularly interested in the intersection of finance and technology, exploring how AI, blockchain, and alternative lending models are reshaping capital markets. In addition to his institutional experience, he is committed to helping early-stage fintech startups navigate funding challenges, structure capital efficiently, and build sustainable financial models that drive long-term success.
